Dale Crompton
Director
Dale is a director of RCL, bringing over 24 years of industry experience to the company. He is involved in all areas of RCL’s activities including refrigeration design, documentation, project administration, construction observation and business administration.
Dale graduated from Auckland University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Chemical and Materials)
He is a member of IRHACE (Institute of Refrigeration, Heating, Air Conditioning Engineers).

Chris Arvidson
Senior Design Engineer
Chris comes to us after spending more than 10 years contracting in the Refrigeration Industry. He has extensive experience in Supermarket Refrigeration, Cool store Design and Food processing.
Chris is an active member of the industry and currently sits on the board of IRHACE (Institue of Refrigeration, Heating, Air Conditioning Engineers.

Kate brings a wealth of knowledge to the business having spent more than 15 years specialising in retail layout and merchandising.

Anthony Broatch
Senior Design Engineer
Anthony is an experienced Building Services engineer specialising in Mechanical and Hydraulic Services. He is a chartered engineer and a member of MEngNZ.
He has worked in a number of diverse sectors over the last decade ranging from five store apartment blocks to heritage art galleries.

Tamati Hohepa
Technical Consultant
Tamati works closely with RCL and provides technical support on industrial refrigeration. Tamati has been involved in the industrial and heavy engineering field for more than 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of design, project management and compliance.
